WINK

When a dog is winking, it indicates a very happy playful dog

It was clear from the start that Pop prefers men to women. As a puppy she lay on the shoulder of the TV-watching master of the house on the sofa in the evenings. Can you trace her preference back to this as in he was her first puppylove? From the first look at him, she adores her boss W. Other women who get too close to W. during a walk, she tolerates as a courtesy. Often the women (and who pet W. too greedily) also get grumbled.

It's a spring-like Saturday morning in November. W. is golfing. Pop and I stroll along the foot of the dike where the mice and rabbits live. It walks uncomfortable, but she likes it. From below the bridge, an athletically shaped cyclist appears on the horizon. When he has climbed the hill, Pop hips friskyly against the slope, puts her best foot forward gracefully and winks at the exact passing moment. The racing young blonde god recognizes flirtatious behavior and – a little overwhelmed – almost gets off course. From the grass back on the asphalt, he shouts, smiling: ‘I'm flattered.’ While her NBS family is hunting for grouse she hunts for good looking men! Glad that we know she is still a happy healthy girl!
